Sandra J. Giernoth

Attorney Sandra J. Giernoth is an associate attorney with the law firm of Kim & LaVoy, S.C. Prior to joining Kim & LaVoy, S.C., Ms. Giernoth prosecuted criminal cases at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office and Washington County District Attorney's Office as part of her legal studies. Ms. Giernoth has successfully tried jury trials, court trials, and motion hearings and has proven to be a formidable advocate in the courtroom. Ms. Giernoth also handles restraining order hearings and municipal violations for our firm.

While in law school, Ms. Giernoth earned top honors in advanced evidence, as well as legal writing and research. Her writing ability is exceptional and her legal arguments have resulted in successful results for our clients.

Ms. Giernoth is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and is an active member of numerous professional organizations such as the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers.

Ms. Giernoth is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

In her leisure time, Ms. Giernoth enjoys playing soccer, reading, running, and spending time with her friends and family.
