Attorney V. LaTawn Warsaw is an associate with the law firm of Kim & LaVoy, S.C. Ms. Warsaw specializes in the area of criminal defense with a focus on drunk driving, domestic violence, traffic violations, and ordinance violations.

Before joining Kim and LaVoy, S.C., Ms. Warsaw served as an adjunct professor with the University of Maryland in England .  She taught courses in criminal justice, criminal law, victimology, police procedures, and legal research and writing.  Ms. Warsaw also practiced family law prior to joining Kim & LaVoy, S.C.

Ms. Warsaw has negotiated hundreds of criminal and traffic matters through the plea bargaining process.  Her ability to relate her client's position to both the prosecution and the court has resulted in favorable outcomes for her clients.  Ms. Warsaw is also experienced in researching and writing legal motions and memoranda challenging police actions such as illegal stops, arrests, and searches.

Ms. Warsaw is a graduate of Marquette University Law School .  Her professional memberships include the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers.

Ms. Warsaw is admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
